During the discovery call, we’ll collect information on your company’s pain points as well as your immediate goals. This will help us in mapping out a plan of action and strategy moving forward.
Once we’ve reviewed your books, we will deliver a proposal, an engagement letter, and an invoice that reflects the scope of work discussed during the discovery call.
We will go over any questions or concerns you may have regarding the proposed course of action. Once all the paperwork has been signed and the invoice has been paid, you will receive an email with a detailed list of documents needed for your onboarding. This step is imperative for a smooth transition.
